I started reading The Help by Kathryn Stockett. The story follows three women around the Civil Rights movement in Mississippi. I haven't gotten very far into yet, but I'm liking what I have read so far. Stockett captures the hate, the fear and misunderstanding perfectly between whites and blacks in the deep south.

On another note...it's time for me to clean up house big time. I have to go through everything in my room, all my stuff in the study and in the garage. This is going to take probably a week to go through and I still need a job! I really don't want to do retail but I'm beginning to think this might be my only option. Oh well, I do need the money now.
